Commonwealth Weaponry Vending Machines - Random Weapon Gambling by DegenerateDak -- Adds vending machines around the Commonwealth that dispense random weapons and ammo, including rare exclusives. Can also give you a gambling addiction if used too much.
Creation Club Delayed by CptCOOTS -- Delays the start of Creation Club content by only activating when one gets within range of where the quest would start.
Enemies Fear Power Armor by bp42s -- Enemies will recognize you're wearing power armor and will run in fear if you initiate combat or kill another NPC while in PA.
GET DIRTY (take a bath) by 7StarC -- You're gonna get dirty, go clean yourself. Compatible with CWSS Redux.
Locksmith by Tetsudini -- Lets you lock and unlock doors and containers (provided they not already locked to begin with).
Place Everywhere by TheLich -- Allows you to build and place stuff with noclipping. Fallout 76's settlement building system added a similar function so there's really no reason not to have this.
Shelter Or Save by bp42s -- Gives the Pulowski Preservation Shelters a purpose by turning them into save points.
Start Me Up Redux - An Update for Alternate Start and Dialogue Overhaul by Dashboarderian -- An updated version of TinyManticore's mod that gives you the option to forego the main story (or skip the prologue in general) and roleplay as entirely different characters.

Locations:
The Harbor Bee Monorail by niston -- Adds a functional monorail connecting The Castle and Spectacle Island. Costs 10 caps per ride but a frequent traveler card can be earned. The monorail also shuts itself off during storms.
The Sewers by Zorkaz -- Adds a sewer system underneath Boston. Minor visual fixes available here.
The Shack by rui211 -- Adds a small shack across the river from Sanctuary Hills.
Town Line Signs by AlbinoPolarBear -- Adds Massachusetts town line signs outside of towns and cities because only Concord has one for some reason. An optional ESP adds one outside of Bradberton in Nuka-World. Template available here.

Anom's Sanctuary Hills Overhaul by AnomNum -- Changes Sanctuary Hills into a private gated community and replaces the Lustron houses with ones that matches the rest of the houses in the Commonwealth. Includes a visitor's center, hotel, dock, and a proper bridge. No pre-War equivalent, though, so best used with Start Me Up and pretend your old modern home was just a dream.
Bunker Builder by StuykGaming -- Adds an interior-only bunker settlement north of Tenpines Bluff. Comes with room parts to expand it. Also has random raider attacks which can be removed by disabling the "BunkerBuilderRaiderAttack.pex" script.
Bus Stop Settlement - A Challenge - Turns the bus stop between Big John's Salvage and D.B. Tech into a settlement. Due to its small size, you'll be forced to build vertically.
Cottage - Soldiers Field Road by Zorkaz -- Unlocks a small cottage near Diamond City that is buildable both inside and outside.
Doc Mitchell Player House by BashminScallops -- Adds Doc Mitchell's house from New Vegas. Quality of life tweaks available here. Not compatible with Atomic World as it clashes with a radio station added near Concord.
